Your stack
deserves
better than
a drawer.
We buy in a hard case that seals against damp and locks shut. Then we design and print the tray that goes inside it, cut around the exact coins, bars or blister packs you're putting in.
Designed and 3D printed in Milton Keynes.
Custom Builds
Storing something
we don't make
a box for?
Those seven are just the ones we make often. Every tray starts as a drawing, so if you can describe what you're storing — or post one to us to measure — we can model around it.
Start a custom enquiry-
An odd size or capsule
Capsules, flips and slabbed grades vary between mints and graders. Send us the exact product and we'll cut to it.
-
A mix we don't list
Different split of coins to bars, a deeper tray, two layers, or a case that holds one specific collection.
-
A different case entirely
Got a case you already own, or want a bigger shell? We can print an insert to fit a case you supply.
-
More than a few
Dealer, club or a run of gifts? Tell us how many and we'll quote properly rather than multiplying up.
The Case
Why this case
and not a
display box.
It's the sort of case tools and camera bodies travel in. A gasket round the rim, catches that take a padlock, and a valve so it can be opened after a temperature change without a fight.
Airtight & watertight
A full perimeter gasket seals the case against damp, dust and spills.
Built-in air valve
Equalise pressure and circulate air without breaking the seal.
Lockable latches
Reinforced catches with padlock points, plus a moulded carry handle.
Stacks square
Interlocking top and base, so a growing collection stays a tidy column.
Cut around your coins
Sized to take a standard 40 mm coin, so most 1oz pieces and capsules seat straight in.
Bars that aren't one size
Open through the middle with foam either side, so the tray closes on a thicker bar and a thinner one alike — not just one mint's.
How one
gets made.
The shell is bought in — we don't pretend otherwise. Everything inside it is drawn, printed and fitted here.
Source the shell
Cases come in by the box. We check the gasket sits flat and the lid closes square, and send back the ones that don't.
Model the insert
Each format is drawn from measured samples, with tolerances tight enough to hold but loose enough to lift out one-handed.
Print to order
Printed one at a time in your colour and finish. Nothing sits in a warehouse — your insert is made after you order it.
Fit, check, dispatch
Tray seated, catches tested, engraving checked against what you asked for. Out the next working day — two more if it's engraved — or collect from us in Milton Keynes.
Colourways & Finishes
Colours we keep
on the shelf.
Black, green and blue are the ones always loaded. Anything else is a filament change rather than a special order, so ask.
Custom Engraving — £5
Put your name on it.
Your name, your initials, a date, a stacking milestone — raised into the insert as it prints, not stuck on afterwards. A flat £5 per box, whatever it says, and 2 working days on the lead time. Type it into the builder and we'll confirm the layout before anything goes on the bed.
Try it in the builderQuestions
Before you order
Is the case genuinely waterproof?
What are the inserts made from?
Will it fit my exact coins and bars?
Coins: cut to take a standard 40 mm coin, which covers the great majority of 1oz bullion pieces and capsules.
Bars: open through the middle with foam either side, so a thicker bar and a thinner one both close in properly. That's deliberate — bar dimensions vary between mints, and the foam takes up the difference.
Storing something unusual — slabbed grades, oversized capsules, an odd format? Message us with the exact product first. We'd rather cut you a custom insert than sell you one that won't close.
